Customer questions

Some time back we had a woman come in with a cell phone that just showed static.  She had gone to the retail shop here in town and they had told her she needed a new LCD screen and it would cost like 125$ to fix.  David Hopkins our manager took a look at it and found it was only a cable and would cost her about 75$ to fix. Guess that's the difference between the personal care you get with us and the retail care you get there.
